COVID-19 Update

Updated 6/30/2021: We want to start by saying thank you to everyone for their support, cooperation, and trust in our studio for the health and safety of our guests, affiliates, and staff as we navigate through COVID-19 and face-covering use.

*Masks will now be optional for all guests, staff, and affiliates inside our studio.

We are dedicated to ensuring that every guest feels safe while receiving a Reverence Hair Studio service. If you would prefer your stylist to continue wearing a face covering, please let us know prior to your scheduled appointment and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

As always, our studio will continue our practice with increased cleaning and sanitation as a routine protocol going forward.

Booking Appointment Policy

In order to maintain consistent and dedicated booking processes from our guests, we require a card to secure your service(s). Our stylists are by appointment only, meaning we do not take walk-ins and plan our day around reserved appointments.

Appointments must be secured with a card upon booking or no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. For appointments that are not secured within 48 hours and after an attempt to contact, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment to allow for another guest’s opportunity to book.

Scheduled Appointment Policies

We understand that life can happen and no shows & cancellations can be situational. In the event that you cannot make your appointment within the guidelines of our policy, please let us know so we can evaluate your specific circumstances and further assist.

Because we operate by appointment only, no shows & cancellations create unexpected obstacles in our day and can take away from another guest’s opportunity to book.

Cancellation Policy

If canceling a scheduled appointment within 24 hours, you may be charged 30% of your service(s) total.

No-Show Policy

If you do not come in for a scheduled appointment, you may be charged 50% of your service(s) total.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are running late for an appointment, please call us to advise. We will do our best to accommodate your services but may need to consolidate time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may request to reschedule your service(s) in order to serve our next scheduled appointments on time.
